People Focused
Believing in the vision.
The owner of this project came to us with a great idea, and little else. We collaborated with him on site selection and residential concept, reviewing building code, zoning and pro-forma alternates prior to purchase.

Place Based
Creating community while preserving history.
To transform this triangular, 2,700 sf floor plate, we arranged a composition of student-centric living arrangements and associated small retail businesses, all while including the requirements for historic tax credits.

Purpose Driven
Transforming a vacancy into affordable homes.
Seeing a need for more off-campus student housing, the developer wanted to apply his model to a long-vacant former office building directly adjacent to campus. When finished, he was able to provide homes to dozens of students at prices they could afford.
