Fox Point Housing

Creating an off Campus Pocket Neighborhood for Student Housing

Urban Redevelopment

People Focused

A framework for success.

After acquiring 11 buildings on 7 lots, the developer was looking to create a pocket neighborhood. We provided the entire framework for this project to develop.

Place Based

Maximizing space and community with a nod to the view.

While these projects ranged from 2-family rehabilitation to commercial 4-units, with substantial re-cladding, and re-framing of upper floors to maximize views, space and value, it was also necessary to merge these disparate buildings together into a community. For that reason, we also transformed the vacant land between projects into a pocket courtyard.

Purpose Driven

High-quality living in a student neighborhood.

The goal of this project was to create homes, and community, in a student-heavy neighborhood. When completed, this semi-contiguous multi-site-development renovated created a high quality housing product for dozens of residents.
